Ordering & Shipping


Orders are made to order in Chicago, Illinois, USA. We may require up to approximately 7 business days to complete your order.  Please allow additional time during weekends, holidays, and sales. Orders ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail. When we receive your order, you will be sent a confirmation followed by a tracking number after your order ships. If you do not receive these, please check your spam folder. Shipping transit time within the U.S. is generally 1 week. Shipping time outside the U.S. takes an additional 1 – 2 weeks, although it generally takes 10 – 14 days for your order to arrive to you. Furthermore, tracking information is a guide, not a science. As a package moves along through various shipping facilities, the barcode is scanned. Sometimes the scanners miss the package. Please be patient and give your order the proper time to arrive.


When you receive your order, if anything is missing or you received an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 1 week of receipt. Otherwise, we will not acknowledge your claim. Full Breach 77 t-shirts are now made to order. Because of this, we no longer accept returns. Thank you for your understanding.


We accept credit or debit cards directly via Authorize.net or through PayPal. We do not have access to your credit card info. You can be confident in knowing Full Breach 77 is a verified Authorize.Net merchant. You do not need an actual PayPal account to complete your order via PayPal. Just follow the checkout process and you will be able to complete your order with a credit or debit card. Make sure you are typing in the exact billing address so that your address matches the address on file with your bank. If you are still having problems, consult your credit card provider or select the PayPal option at checkout and use your credit card through PayPal instead.


Yes, we do ship all over the world. You can start the checkout process and view the shipping fees you will be charged before you complete checkout. You will receive tracking when your order ships. Shipping times are stated above. Please note, it is possible you may have to pay customs duties or VAT taxes for importing. There is nothing we can do about this and we do not know what these fees are.


We ask that you please be patient. Orders will be sent as quickly and securely as possible. If there are delays, you will be notified. Sometimes mail gets backed up or even lost in the postal system. We ask that you email us only if it has been over 3 weeks since you ordered if you are in the U.S. or if it has been over 5 weeks if you are outside the U.S. When you email, please include your name and order number. Being a jerk and writing nasty emails is not nice. We work hard and want you to have your order just as much as you do!


If our system is declining your credit card, make sure you are imputing your exact credit card and billing information as listed on your card and with your bank. If you card is still being rejected, please select “PayPal” at checkout instead of the “Credit Card” option. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your order. We do not have access to your credit card information, and we can not charge you more than once. If you are seeing what appears to be multiple charges on your bank statement, that can be from hitting the “Submit” button more than once and attempting to repeatedly process your order. This is “pending activity” and will fall off in a few days. If you can not complete checkout, you may want to proceed on a different device like mobile or laptop to clear the order memory in our system, empty and then add the item again to your cart, verify you are entering in your exact credit card and billing info, and select the PayPal option at checkout.
