RETURNS PROCESSING TIME
The best way to know when we will process your return:
1. Save your tracking number.
2. If you do not have the tracking number, but used our return label, you can again click the link above to view the same label with the tracking number.
3. View tracking updates on the shipping provider’s website.
4. After tracking updates to “delivered”, then know we received your return and it is safe.
5. Returns are processed within approximately 7 days after receiving. After processing, we will email you either a refund confirmation or instructions to complete your exchange.
6. During and after sales and holidays, processing times may take an extra few days to a week. The warehouse will try their best to complete your return ASAP. Feel free to email us regarding the status of your return if it has been the required 7 days since delivery. We do not have additional information until we allow the warehouse the required processing time. We are happy to assist if return processing is indeed running late.
