I’m sorry the original item isn’t working for you, and we can ship you a better size via exchange/store credit within 45 days of your order date. Or, offer you a refund if it’s been 30 days since your order shipped and it’s still new and unworn. Use our online returns portal to initiate your return. Include your packing slip with your return. There are 2 options to return, and it’s up to you which method you prefer.
1. Select “Refund” and we’ll refund your return when it’s received. If you prefer a replacement item you can place a new order and we can ship right away.
2. Select “Exchange / Store Credit” and we’ll email you a store credit gift card for the value of your original purchase when your return is received and processed. You can use the code to checkout for the item you prefer. Returns are processed within approximately 5 business days after receiving. During the fall/winter, returns may take an extra few days.
